Nisar Ali Khan Was Nearly Killed After Denying Daesh Influence

(ZOEDUNE) – This morning Nawaiwaqt reported that Chaudhary Nisar Ali khan, Pakistan’s interior minister barely escaped a terrorist attack.

It seems like forever that the entire world — except for Pakistan apparently — has known for some time that the country tolerates terrorism, and so it comes as no surprise, as you can see from this write up by Veengas that the same Ali Khan has recently denied that there are Pakistani’s who have left the country or are leaving to join Daesh.

Since I’ve never referred to this before, I’ll start now; that these kinds of accusations are usually thrown into political circles where everyone is working to discredit the other and to no end which makes a lot of people wonder if they’re even worth looking into.

Veengas’ write up suggests some evidence but there’s also a story by Daily News and Analysis-India (DNA) which goes even further by saying that a member of the opposition Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) has accused him of supporting terrorism.

The same source refers to an even better written and more detailed version of the story by The Dawn which says that that PPP member Bilawal Bhutto Zardari is the main accuser but they were also followed by another PPP member named Shahida Rehmani who accused him of running a corrupt network, hiring hand-picked revenue officers for the Punjab government.

In case you were wondering were Mr. Bean went? This is Nisar Ali Khan, a real ballbuster as you can tell from the video above, with the Pakistan National Assembly back in 2013. By GulbergII (Own work) [GFDL or CC BY-SA 3.0], via Wikimedia Commons

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari is the only son of the former President Asif Ali Zardari and former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto who was also the previous leader of the PPP. She was assassinated in 2007.

Referring back to the Veengas article, there is mention in the report of the National Action Plan, which Dawn also refers to in that Bilawal Bhutto referred to the plan last week on the anniversary of his mother’s assassination in the village of Ghari Khuda Bakhsh.

I will link to an article about the NAP referred to at some point, but it should be mentioned that the PPP is a left-progressive-socialist party and Nisar Ali Khan represents the Pakistan Muslim League which is like our Republican party here in the United States, which gives you an idea as to which party really serves the people.

Dawn goes on to say that the PML did not respond to the accusations but Nisar had only attended the first part of the session and had already left by the time Shahida Rehmani threw shade at him.
